The way our meal plan service works is everyone gets the same menu every week but each meal has a gluten-free, paleo, and vegetarian variation. We do this so no one has to select a diet to start with and mix and match as needed. We don't have a low-carb option, but we think with your needs that you should try the paleo option which is grain, potato, and legume free!
To see the paleo option, just click on the paleo link of any menu and you can check out the nutrition label and ingredients.
