One of the best parts of our meal plans is they can be completely customized based on your needs and preferences. While we don't have a low-carb option, you can click on the "Carbs" section of our smart nutrition label (which comes with every meal) to see which ingredients contain the most fat and modify as needed. Many of our members on a low-carb diet also choose the paleo option, which is free of grains, legumes, and potatoes.
