There are a couple of ways to customize your meals plan. First, we offer 4 diet options for each recipe: original, gluten-free, paleo, and vegetarian. In addition, paid subscribers have access to our meal plan archives, which date back to May 2013. If there's a recipe you want to add to your meal plan, just click the "Add a Meal" button available on any menu and take your pick!
